HVAC Request for STMT of Qualifications
PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
The Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center in Mansfield Ohio intends to contract for a highly-qualified engineering firm to investigate, diagnose and propose innovative solutions for our on-going electrical, HVAC and high humidity issues. The successful firm will need to be experienced in preparing bid documents and managing all aspects of the project they propose. Our facility is a 97,000-square foot office and conference center hosting a wide variety of events and professional development opportunities.
Firms interested in being considered should request from the Mid-Ohio ESC the Request for Qualifications document and respond to that document not later than noon on August 25th, 2017. All requests for the document should be sent to the Business Office email address at Donnelly.mark@moesc.net or call 419-774-2513 and request a copy of the RFQ to be emailed to your office.

Responding firms will be evaluated and ranked in order of their qualifications. As part of this evaluation, the Board of Education or ESC officials will “short list” firms to provide more detailed proposals. The Board and ESC officials expect to enter negotiations with the firm or firms ranked most qualified to perform the services needed.
