PRE-SERVICE CLASS REGISTRATION INFORMATION YOU MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED AND RECOMMENDED BY A SCHOOL DISTRICT TO ATTEND CLASS.
DRIVERS NOT PRE-REGISTERED BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS MAY NOT BE ADMITTED! CLASS MUST HAVE AT LEAST SIX PEOPLE REGISTERED OR IT WILL BE CANCELED.
SIGN IN FOR CLASS WITH MIKE STARTS 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE 1ST DAY OF CLASS.
To register for any of these classes, your District (OBI or Supervisor) must complete the on-line registration form at

PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER or METHOD OF PAYMENT is required at time of registration
IF YOU REGISTER A DRIVER AND THEY DO NOT SHOW UP FOR CLASS YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE CLASS FEE, UNLESS YOU CANCEL THEM AT LEAST TWO DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS.
The cost for a new driver is $85.00 per person and a re-cert driver is $60.00 per person.

Please note that some classes are Monday-Friday and some classes are Tuesday-Monday.

Drivers for “Re-Certification” must attend the FIRST THREE DAYS ONLY.

IT IS PERMISSIBLE TO MAKE UP CLASS TIME; HOWEVER, THE DRIVER MUST ATTEND THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS TO ATTEND THAT CLASS.
