Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Training & Certification
RBT BENEFITS TO A SCHOOL DISTRICT
- Fulfills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy programming under Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervision
- Support students by implementing evidence-based approaches in order to develop the following skills: Academic, Behavior, Communication, Daily-Living, Executive-Functioning, Fine-Motor, Gross-Motor, Play, Self-Regulation, and Social-Based
- Assists with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) processes (relative to behavior)
REQUIREMENTS
- 40-hours self-paced online training
- One-hour virtual study group weekly for 6-weeks
- Competency Assessment*
- Four-hour RBT Exam Practice Test*
- RBT Board Exam*
- Credential through Behavior Analysis Certification Board ($50)*
- Exam Appointment (Paid to Pearson Vue) ($45)
