ATTENDANCE COORDINATION SERVICES
Mid-Ohio ESC Attendance Counselors provide assistance in developing, maintaining and coordinating activities and programs pertaining to court-related truancy problems. Attendance Counselors act as liaisons between courts and local schools. Attendance Counselors check on home schooling students upon request, aid in finding missing children, confirm custody of children and ensure that students attend the correct school in the district they reside. They refer and assist to Children’s Services agencies.
