The sponsor of Community Schools is required to share with school leaders and governing board members a Guidance Document that delineates and defines the roles and responsibilities of the sponsor and the community school before the first day of school. While the Guidance Document is not all inclusive, it does complement the contract and provides an overview to assist schools in understanding all parties’ roles and responsibilities (see the link below).
