Education Comprehensive Monitoring Process and emphasizes the critical role of the Evaluation Team Report in ensuring compliant practices to promote “significant progress” for students, in an educational program that is “appropriately ambitious in light of (his/her) circumstances” (Endrew F. v. Douglas County School District).
