MOESC Aspiring Leaders Conference

2023 Mid-Ohio ESC Aspiring Leadership Program

Mansfield, OH (January 23, 2024) – The Mid-Ohio ESC will be hosting an Aspiring Leaders Conference on February 15, 2024 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the MOESC campus, 890 W. Fourth Street, Mansfield. 

This conference will provide guidance to new and aspiring school leaders who are seeking administrative and director positions. The objectives of this conference differ from other conferences due to our focus on practical leadership skills that will support your transition into positions of leadership. Additionally, this conference will assist new leaders in the navigation of creating resumes, preparing for interviews, contract language and roles/responsibilities.

MOESC's Executive Director of Achievement and Leadership, Dr. Mark Burke, Jr., said, “Mid-Ohio understands the importance of educational leaders in preparing the next generation of leaders. This one-day event will provide participants an opportunity to learn more about the hiring process, navigate key aspects of educational leadership and foster a network of current and future area leaders.”

Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center provides specialized academic and support services to 13 school districts and over 20,000 students in Crawford, Morrow and Richland Counties. Client districts receive services from curriculum, gifted and special education consultants, speech pathologists, psychologists, special education teachers, occupational therapists and physical therapists.
